Terms of Service

Not yet written. This page is a placeholder so the app's links resolve during development. It is not a legal document and nobody should rely on it.

Before launch this needs to be written or reviewed by someone qualified, covering at least the points listed below. The app already promises these documents on its sign-in screen, and both the App Store and Google's OAuth consent screen require them to exist at a stable URL.

What it has to cover

• Who the operator is — the BC company, and the governing law.
• Eligibility: 13 and up, matching the age gate the app enforces.
• That leagues are private and free to play, and that FAAB is a game currency with no cash value and no way in or out — the product never collects, holds or moves money.
• Acceptable use, and what gets an account suspended.
• That sports data comes from a third-party provider and may be wrong or late, with no warranty attached to it.
• Account deletion, and what happens to a league when its commissioner leaves.
• Changes to the terms, and how people are told.
